Funding for startups

Winterbackwood makes early stage investments. A typical first investment is € 15-20k and we  can continue to invest moderately in later rounds.

The following things support the positive realization of the investment decision:

• The company is preparing a SaaS service for businesses or consumers.
• The team consists of 1-2 experienced entrepreneurs.
• The dynamics of the team (shareholders) in terms of competence is balanced.
• The team has a sales professional and one experienced software developer.
• The company has customers.

Before making a financing decision, we go through the company’s investor proposal, 18-24 month budget and cash flow calculation. A meeting with the owners can be arranged remotely.

An MVP-level demo of the SaaS product must be ready. The product architecture and technology stack must be documented.
